  • Has your car or truck been to the Dealer for repair of the same defect at least three (3) times?
  • Has your vehicle been at the Dealer for repairs for at least thirty (30) calendar days? (These do not have to be consecutive days, this means 30 days with all repairs added up).
  • Has your Pennsylvania registered motor vehicle been to the Dealer for repair of a warranty covered item that was never properly fixed?
  • Has the Dealer refused to repair your PA vehicle, or charged you for a repair that should have been covered under warranty?
  • Has the Dealer advised you that they could not duplicate the problem that you have claimed exists with your automobile?
